At 11th REP we believe that longer training sessions are not very effective as much of the session is spent conversing or used as downtime between exercises.
11th REP utilises the ’50 minute’ approach, where your fitness regimes are not only more intelligible but also more in-tune towards Muscle-Mind connection.
